JCORD Construction Services. We are a concrete pouring, cutting, drilling, excavation, asphalt, and demo company that thrives to exceed expectations and schedules. JCORD ownership has been concrete cutting almost 30 years ago as a journeyman in the industry.
JCORD is a company with over 100 employees that are all exceedingly well qualified and skilled union tradesman. We are a member of The Laborers Local 872, Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 525, Operating Engineers local 12 and Cement Masons Local 797 Unions. Our services include core drilling at premium depths, saw cutting at premium depths, demo work, ground penetrating radar, asphalt & concrete pour backs, excavating and general labor services. We carry Nevada C-5, A-7, and A13 licenses with an unlimited bid limit, Arizona ROC349839, ROC349077, and ROC349078 licenses with an unlimited bid limit.
